ENSchool, educational and extra - curricular environment have a great educational potential for the young people’s development. Nature, material and social environment have an affect on the process of creating material environment, its perception and evaluation. Social environment includes a family status, the present generation, educational institutions, public organisations, national, cultural, historical heritage, market economy conditions, mass media, state priorities, religious communities, etc. Material environment is inevitability linked with the social system and is part of it. Cooperation between educators and parents is a precondition for creating material environment, developing its perception and evaluation competence.
