LTMokslo institucijose naudojamos virtualios mokymosi aplinkos ir auditorijų stebėjimo bei valdymo priemonės. Nė viena iš šių priemonių nesuteikia galimybės fiksuoti mokymosi proceso eigos ir daryti ataskaitas studijų proceso analizei. Klaipėdos valstybinėje kolegijoje 2014 metais sukurta ir pradėta naudoti bandomoji darbo kompiuteriu laiko automatizuoto registravimo priemonės versija, kurios pagalba galima stebėti studijų proceso eigą, turinį, intensyvumą dalyko, veiklos, studento ar grupės atžvilgiu.
ENThe proper organization of study time is one of the conditions for successful outcome achievement. Students study process monitoring ways are very limited: attendance marking and recording if tasks are done in time. Computer work time tracking tool’s usage in study process allows objectively verify not only the result, but also effectiveness of the study process. The object of this research is Computer work time tracking tool. The aim is to find out the abilities of application of computer work time tracking tool for students’ study time monitoring and control. Applied methodologies: literature and international practises overview, experiment. Higher education schools use virtual study management systems and classroom monitoring and controlling programs, such iTALC, Netop School and other. None of these allows track study process progress and make reports for study process analysis. For this purpose there was developed computer work time tracking tool at Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences. Using this tool teacher can monitor study process progress, study content and intensity by subject, student, activity, and group. Computer work time tracking tool is tracking students’ actions and spent time during they are programming or preparing paper report. Even if computer work time tracking tool’s usage is not graded by mark, it motivates students for better study time organization; teacher gets ability to check the authorship. Redmine project management platform fitted best for usage for computer work time tracking tool’s administrative and reports environment, because it is nearest to specificity of study process. It is designed each user be able to have many short period projects (used for subjects). Redmine provides centralized groups administration and allows assign whole group to project (subject).Cowotra was prototyped from oDesk/Upworks and HubStuff, which are used for freelance developers’ work time tracking. Cowotra is saving data about student, subject, activity, time spent, keypad keypress count, mouse press count to Redmine, where users can get study time summary reports or detailed reports.
