Kasdienybės architektūros paveldo reikšmės ir prasmės

LTArchitektūros paveldo reikšmės atsiveria ne tik per įvykius, svarbius valstybiniu mastu, bet ir kaip liudijimas apie kasdienybės istoriją ir buities sąlygų transformacijas. Šiandien, svarstant paveldo reikšmes, vietų savitumą, dėmesys vis labiau krypsta į kasdienybės turinio įprasminimą. Gyvenamosios kasdienės aplinkos palikimas kaip ryškus istorinės praeities įspaudas veikia mūsų tapatumą, vietų savitumą. Paveldo ignoravimas ir praradimas prie šių procesų prisideda dar daugiau - stabdo tvarią visuomenės raidą, skurdina aplinką, niveliuoja kūrybą. Vietos, kaip socialinės erdvės ar kultūrinio vyksmo kontekstai, tampa „sutvertos aplinkos“ saugyklomis. Jose kasdienybės paveldo ženklai formuoja specifinį architektūros dialektą, kuris perteikia vietos savitumą, jos istoriją, ankstesnių kartų siekius bei patirtis, o šie ženklai gali būti puikiu orientyru ieškant naujų pamirštų sprendimų. Santykis su paveldu (individo, bendruomenės, valstybės) nuolat kinta, jis yra formuojamas, perkuriamas ir ugdomas. Paveldo likimas priklauso nuo vietos gyventojų istorinės kultūrinės savivokos, žinių ir nusiteikimo, o visa tai - nuo specialistų ir valstybės pastangų. Vietos bendruomenėms reikalinga specialistų ir valstybės parama, o paveldo išlikimui dar ir palanki teisinė aplinka, nustatanti aiškias bendrabūvio taisykles. Kad kasdienybė netaptų pilka ir niūri, ja reikia nuolat rūpintis, nuspalvinti, išryškinti detales, padaryti žaismingą, gyvą, patrauklią. Kaip rodo geri Latvijos ir Estijos pavyzdžiai, tereikia išsaugoti ir išnaudoti tuos išteklius, kuriuos turime. Architektūra gali tapti matmeniu, kuriuo remdamiesi galėtume spręsti, kur ir kas esame. ENThe significance of architectural heritage appears/reveals not only through events that are important at the state level but also as a testimony to the history of everyday life and the transformations of the living conditions. Considering heritage values and the peculiarities of places, attention is increasingly directed to the meaning of everyday content. The inheritance of the living environment as a striking/vivid imprint of the past, affects our identity and the peculiarities of places. The ignorance and loss of heritage contributes even more to these processes - stop sustainable development of the society, simplify/degrades the environment, reduces the level of creativity. Places as contexts for a social space or cultural life become repositories of “built-in” environment. There the everyday sighs/marks and symbols form a specific dialect of architecture, which convey the local identity, its history, the aspirations and experiences of previous generations, and these signs can be a great reference for finding new, forgotten solutions.The relationship with the heritage (individual, of community or state) is constantly changing, is being developed and educated. The destiny of heritage depends on the historical cultural self-awareness, knowledge and attitude of the local population. Local communities need specialist and state support. Destiny of the heritage is also accompanied by a favorable legal environment that sets out clear rules for co-habitation/coexistence. To have the everyday life not gray and gloomy, it requires constant/permanent care, making it coloring, playful, joyful, vibrant, attractive. As good examples of Latvia and Estonia show, we just need to preserve and exploit the resources we have. Architecture can become a dimension in which we can judge where and who we are.
