LTStraipsnyje analizuojama problema – kokios andragogo taikomos informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų (IKT) paramos / pagalbos formos, būdai laiduoja besimokančiojo sėkmę. Tyrimo objektas – IKT grįsta parama / pagalba suaugusiems besimokantiesiems. Pateikiamas autorių sukurtas IKT grįstas andragogo paramos / pagalbos besimokančiajam teikimo modelis, pristatomi besimokančiųjų požiūriai į paramos / pagalbos teikimą IKT aspektu Klaipėdos universiteto Tęstinių studijų institute. Apibendrinta teorinė ir empirinio tyrimo analizė parodė, jog sėkmingą andragoginę – ypač profesionaliąją – veiklą lemia žmonių raidos, bendravimo savitumų, mokymosi ypatumų ir sąlygų išmanymas. Studijose taikant IKT, svarbiausią vietą turi užimti mokymasis, o ne pačios IKT. Jos padeda studijuoti, kai naudojamos tinkamu laiku, tinkamu būdu, tinkamoje aplinkoje. Pagrindinis iššūkis andragogui – gebėti derinti technologijas ir didaktikos principus, nes IKT yra tik pagalbinė priemonė, skatinanti besimokančiojo motyvaciją ir kūrybišką mokymąsi, o šiame procese svarbiausia kurti ir pritaikyti mokymosi turinį, paramos / pagalbos formas, būdus, atliepiant besimokančiojo poreikius, ne tik individualizuojant mokymosi turinį, bet ir paramai / pagalbai naudojant įvairias IKT. Jas galima naudoti konsultavimo, informavimo, mokymosi, pažangos sekimo ir kt. reikmėms. ENAcademic problem: what forms and methods of support and assistance employed by andragogue in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) guarantee the success of the learner. Research object – support and assistance based on ICT to adult learners. Research objective – to analyze and distinguish forms and methods of support and assistance by andragogue to the learner learning in ICT aspect in theoretical and empirical aspects. Research goals: 1) To conduct theoretical analysis of support and assistance to adult learner learning in information and communication technologies aspect; 2) To examine the attitude of those learning to the provision of support and assistance in ICT aspect in Continuing Studies Institute in Klaipeda University. Research methods: 1) Theoretical analysis – analysis of scientific literature; 2) Modeling in order to distinguish forms and methods of support and assistance by andragogue to the learner; 3) Survey – a questionnaire to learners (quantitative research). Summarized theoretical and empirical analysis showed that knowledge of human development, peculiarities and conditions of communication and learning are reasons for successful andragogic – especially professional – activity. In terms of ICT use in studies, learning instead of technologies should be the most important factor. ICT helps studying when used duly, in proper manner and in a suitable environment. This is a convenient way to provide support and assistance to the learner.Principal challenges for andragogue in ICR based teaching is the ability to combine technologies and the principles of didactics as ICT is only an auxiliary tool stimulating internal motivation and creative teaching of the learner, and in this process the most important thing is to create and adapt learning content, support and assistance forms and methods, and ICT by responding to the needs of the learner not only by individualizing learning content but also by using different ICT. Consulting, informing, learning and following the progress become possible with the help of these technologies. [From the publication]
