Summary / Abstract:

LTKintant ugdymo paradigmoms, pasikeitė ir studentų savarankiško darbo formos bei metodai. Darbo rinka nuolat kelia vis aukštesnius reikalavimus aukštosios mokyklos absolventams laukdama iš jų vis naujų įgytų kompetencijų. Studijų proceso trukmė determinuoja aukštosios mokyklos galimybes plėsti studentų įgyjamas kompetencijas, todėl tenka prisiimti atsakomybę ir jas plėtoti per studentų savarankišką darbą. Jo sėkmingam organizavimui reikia ypatingo dėstytojų pasirengimo, nes studentų savarankiškas darbas naujoje ugdymo paradigmoje reikalauja kitokio požiūrio, apimančio visus inovacinius aspektus, į jo architektoniką.
