Edukacinė studentą įgalinanti studijuoti sistema mokymosi paradigmos kontekste

LTStraipsnyje siekta išryškinti edukacinės studentą įgalinančios studijuoti sistemos realizavimo aspektus mokymosi paradigmos kontekste. Išryškinta, kad mokymosi paradigma akcentuoja naują požiūrį į universiteto misiją – jis turi įgalinti studentus efektyviai veikti ateities situacijose, kurių neįmanoma apibrėžti iš anksto. Edukacinė studentą įgalinanti studijuoti sistema šiuo požiūriu orientuojama į studentų sugebėjimo išskirti tam tikrus nagrinėjamo objekto, reiškinio ar situacijos kritinius aspektus, juos atpažinti naujose variacijose, lyginti ir sieti tarpusavyje ugdymą bei tokiu būdu tiesti kelią ateičiai. Kompetencinės edukacinės studentą įgalinančios studijuoti sistemos sąlygos mokymosi paradigmos kontekste siejamos su dėstytojo kompetencija: jo gebėjimu formuluoti ir pateikti studijų turinį taip, kad studentai turėtų galimybę patirti variacijas, t. y. tą pačią situaciją pamatyti iš praeities ir ateities perspektyvos, lyginti dabartį su praeitimi bei kitų žmonių suvokimo būdus. Materialiųjų – organizacinių sąlygų sudarymas mokymosi paradigmos požiūriu svarbus tuo, kad leidžia užskaityti studento patirtį bei užtikrinti gerą priėjimą prie naujų informacinių technologijų. Didaktinės sąlygos, atliepiančios mokymosi paradigmą, skatina giluminį studento požiūrį į mokymąsi. Studento požiūrio į mokymąsi reikšmė realizuojant mokymosi paradigmą susijusi su studento pastangomis ir noru suvokti tai, kas žinoma kitiems bei tokiu būdu keisti savo suvokimo būdus. ENThe article seeks to emphasise the aspects of the realisation of the educational system, which enables a student to study, in the context of the learning paradigm. It is highlighted that the learning paradigm puts emphasis on a new approach to the mission of the university: it must enable students to function effectively in the future situations which cannot be defined beforehand. The educational system, which enables the student to study, in this regard is orientated on the student's ability to exclude certain critical aspects of the researched object, phenomenon or situation, to recognize them in the new variations, to compare and relate education among itself and in this way build a path for the future. The competent conditions of the educational system, which enables the student to study, in the context of the learning paradigm are linked with the teacher's competence: his ability to formulate and present the contents of the study so that students have the opportunity to experience variations, i. e. to see the same situation from the past and the future perspectives, to compare the present with the past and other people's perception methods. Setting the material - organisational conditions in the learning paradigm point of view is important in terms of allowing to offset the student's experience and ensure a good access to the new information technologies. The didactic conditions that respond to the learning paradigm encourage a deep attitude of the student towards the learning. A student's attitude towards the learning value while realising the learning paradigm is related to the student's effort and desire to understand what is known to others and thus change their perception.
