Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjami darbo organizavimo trūkumai ir privalumai Šilutės turizmo ir paslaugų verslo mokykloje. Palyginus teorinius darbo organizavimo būdus ir metodus švietimo ir kitose įstaigose nustatyta, kad daugelyje įmonių ir organizacijų naudojamos panašios darbo organizavimo sudėtinės dalys. Atlikta empirinio tyrimo analizė apklausos metodu parodė svarbą darbo organizavimui mokykloje. Atlikta ir mokyklos perspektyvų (SSGG) analizė. [Iš leidinio]

ENThe analyses of accomplished research by interview method showed the opinion of respondents about present work organization at Silute vocational school of tourism and service business. The advantages and disadvantages of work organization defined too. The conclusions could be following: 1) favourable psychological climate influences the work organization at the school, but the school must give more attention for relationships with parent and local community in the various spheres of school activity; 2) function of planning is necessary in the process of work organization at the school; 3) existing disadvantages of work organization must be eliminated and developed immediately; 4) school has to take note of quality of work performance; 4) successful management of employees is one of the most important factor for endeavouring at perfection; 5) suitable personnel organization and management has important meaning for work organization; 6) changing work format, education and technology advance, sometimes not exactly adequate employee professional preparation depends on employees' development and training; 7) coordination safeguards and maintains qualitative and doing on time work; 8) existent quality surety ship systems allow to evaluate condition of school, find out advantages and disadvantages. The work organization can vary on complicated change conditions, so process of work organization must be supervised especially responsibly. [From the publication]
