ENThe labour market of Klaipeda town more and more forms social order for creation of productive human sources. In connection to weak strategic self-management abilities many businessmen of the city hasn't enough taken into account the growing importance of innovations seeking to assure competitiveness of their business in nearest prospective. The innovations potential of scientists and departments of Klaipeda university still not high and this institutions don't makes necessary steps to reach that this financed by State institution of science and education could do bigger impact in development of the city and the business. Governmental institutions and business stimulating public institutions not enough evaluates the potential of scientific researches and innovations and the main attentions gives to non-efficient investments into governmental sector of science. State institutions don't takes into account difficulties of education of researchers and innovators don't identifying them and don't create possibilities to spread their activity and transfer experience to next generation. In connection to weak scientific research of innovations the study subjects related to development are rarely teaching in high schools. City's community is low informed about importance of scientific researches and innovations made by enterprises of Klaipeda.
