Povidurinio mokymo darbo rinkos darnos problemos ir jų sprendimas

LTRemiantis tyrimo medžiaga, straipsnyje įvertintas povidurinio mokymo įstaigose rengiamų specialistų skaičiaus bei struktūros ir darbo rinkos poreikių atitikimas, nustatytas Klaipėdos miesto specialistų poreikis darbdavių požiūriu, įvertinti Klaipėdos miesto povidurinio mokymo įstaigų (universitetų, kolegijų, specializuotų mokyklų) gebėjimai tenkinti miestui reikalingų specialistų rengimą, pateiktos rekomendacijos dėl Klaipėdos miestui reikalingų specialistų rengimo tobulinimo perspektyvos.

ENThe investigation described in the article is evaluating equivalence between the number of specialists and its structure in postsecondary scholastic institutions and demands of labor market. Municipality of Klaipėda city has initiated the investigation, because during the period after the reestablishment of independence of Lithuanian Republic the essential changes are in process of labor market in Klaipėda city. Career and special education system is modeling to meet the requirements of training the specialists for all levels of educational institutions: higher, university and non-university education, Private education schools are running together with the state-funded scholastic institutions. However planning the training of specialists in the city and in many scholastic institutions are not enough interrelated to its practical demand in the labor market and it's not enough interrelated with abilities to get occupation after graduating schools. Therefore many of schools graduates are increasing the ranks of the unemployed, while enterprises can't get required specialist adapted to practical works. To evaluate perspectives of specialists demand in Klaipėda city the special sociological investigation has been prepared, where employers and leaders of scholastic institutions responsible for training of specialists of postsecondary schools have been surveyed.Data from labor exchange about dynamic of supply and demand of specialists graduated high schools, universities, colleges, professional and further education schools for period from year 2000 have been analyzed as well. Objective and main instruments for developing the preparation of specialist of postsecondary education in Klaipėda city have been determined. The main strategic objective for preparation of specialist of postsecondary education according the developing of labor market demand is to establish and implement strategic self management system for development of preparation the specialist of postsecondary education. Therefore is necessary to establish and create council of postsecondary education in Klaipėda city and to prepare the development strategy of postsecondary education and methodology of monitoring.
