Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama specialistų parengimo ir jų įdarbinimo rinkoje integracija. Minėta integracija svarbi ir specialistų rengimui, ir jų įsidarbinimui. Bolonijos proceso, siekiančio įgyvendinti Europoje bendrą aukštojo mokslo erdvę, dokumentai rodo aktualią aukštojo mokslo integracijos su darbo rinka būtinybę ir pabrėžia doktorantūros programas, kurioms turėtų būti numatyti aukšto lygio moksliniai tyrimai ir turėti daugiau tarpdalykinių bei tarpsektorinių elementų. Sorbonos deklaracijoje vienas iš išdėstytų principų yra: „Lengvinti studentų ir dėstytojų mobilumą Europos erdvėje ir integraciją į Europos darbo rinką“. Ši nuostata artina prie verslo ir mokslo sektorių glaudesnio sąlyčio siekiant abiejų grupių specialistų parengimo ir įtraukimo į Lietuvos, taip pat Europos Sąjungos, darbo rinką. ENRelevance of the topic. For each company it is very important to lower costs to maximize profitability. Temporary employment agency services contribute significantly to achieving this goal with a very seasonal business, and those that respond flexibly and adapt to the effects of globalization on business. At the same time the service is relevant for low-skilled persons and it affects unemployment. In 1999 after the Bologna Declaration the European higher education Area (EHEA) publication was signed by 29 European countries in Bologna (Italy) the assembled ministers of education provide objectives and operational guidelines help to create a common European higher education area. The Bologna Declaration has identified the tools that will be developed by using » common European higher education area. Meanwhile, temporary employment can be one of them which will contribute to the higher education reforms, competitiveness and attractiveness. Description of the problem. Proper company cost management is a well thought out process. However, few companies recognize that a temporary employment agency services bring a reduction in financial costs. At the same time temporary workers unacccpt this service as well. Is it possible to say that labor productivity depends on the attractiveness of the two parallel sides of satisfaction? In this case the company to reduce staff costs, the employee –job completion and comprehensive workplace provision. Temporary employment is identified as a new working relationship solving problem. One of the Prague Communique adopted the conference's policy is: "Take measures to make the European higher education area more attractive".Can we say that together going business ang high education spheres can increase the attractiveness of this potential? For field of science by providing a skilled, educated professionals and for business - labour market developments and prospects informed the participants? Purpose of the report – the scientific literature results anglysis based on temporary employment form in the labor market integration in the professional preparation of the management system and the possible formation of further developments. The object of investigation – temporary employment in the labor market integration in the professional preparation of management. The tasks were: after the scientific literature anglysis to identify the concept of temporary employment and legal regulation in Lithuania and the European Union; based on science literature and foreign best practice analysis to form a temporary employment integration into theprofessional preparation management structure system; perform an analysis of documents for temporary employment integration into the professional preparation of the management structure system. Methods: scientific literature analysis, organization, comparison; empirical study of methods used: data collection methods: document analysis-interpretation, comparative analysis, system construction and justification.
