Sveikatos ugdytojai mokykloje: savitumas sovietmečiu

LTStraipsnyje pristatomas tyrimo objektas - gydytojo, slaugytojo, stomatologo vaidmenys, sveikatos ugdyme mokykloje sovietmečiu, o šių vaidmenų specifikos išryškinimas sudaro mokslinės problemos turinį. Tyrimo tikslas - išskirti ir apibūdinti medikų kaip sveikatos ugdytojų mokykloje vaidmenų specifiką sovietmečiu. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti pasitelkti tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros ir dokumentų turinio analizė, kokybinė (turinio) content analizė. Kokybinės turinio (content) analizės eigoje išskirtos kokybinės kategorijos, įvardijamos mokyklos gydytojo kaip sveikatos ugdytojo vaidmenys: ugdytojas (mokytojas), informatorius, konsultantas, psichologas; slaugytojo kaip sveikatos ugdytojo mokykloje vaidmenys: ugdytojas (mokytojas, auklėtojas), informatorius, konsultantas, organizatorius, globėjas ir psichologas; stomatologo kaip sveikatos ugdytojo mokykloje vaidmenys: ugdytojo (mokytojo, auklėtojo), informatoriaus. Mokyklos gydytojo ir slaugytojo, stomatologo ir slaugytojo veiklų persidengimas fiksuojamas sanitarinio švietimo, higieninio mokymo ir auklėjimo veiklose, orientuotuose į medicinos ir higienos žinias, sveikos gyvensenos nuorodų ir taisyklių formulavimą moksleiviams, jų tėvams ir pedagogams. ENThe research object includes the roles of physician, nurse, stomatologist at school, in health education in Soviet time and the highlight of these specific roles creates the content of science research problem. The research aim is to extract and describe the peculiarities of health care professionals' as health educators' roles at school in Soviet time. The research methods: the analysis of both scientific literature and the content of documents and the qualitative analysis. The qualitative content analysis had illuminated the qualitative categories named as a roles of schools physician-health educator were excepted: educator, teacher, informer, counsellor, psychologist; the roles of nurse as a health educator are the following: educator, teacher, informer, counsellor, organiser, guardian and psychologist; the roles of stomatologist as a health educator at school are these: educator, teacher, informer. The roles' overlapping of schools' physician and nurse, stomatologist and nurse is recorded by the activities of sanitary education, hygienic education and upbringing and oriented to the knowledge of medicine and hygiene, formulation of rules and references concerning healthy lifestyle for students, their parents and schoolteachers.
