LTLietuvos specialiojo ugdymo procese ilgą laiką buvo įsitvirtinęs aktyvaus ugdytojo ir pasyvaus ugdytinio vaizdinys. Vidutiniškai sutrikusio intelekto ugdytinių integracija į visuomenę reikalauja aktyvaus ugdytinio vaidmens. Straipsnyje pristatoma įgalinimo strategija, kuri suponuoja aktyvų ugdytinio vaidmenį. Ši strategija iliustruojama realiu Credo studijos veiklos modeliu. Straipsnyje pateikiamos Credo studijos veiklos formos, atskleidžiama jų latentinė sąveika trimis įgalinimo strategijos etapais. Šios studijos veiklos formos ir jų poveikis ugdytiniams iliustruojamas grafine schema. Pristatomi Credo studijos veiklos rezultatai. [Iš leidinio]

ENIn Lithuanian special education for a long time there existed the image of an active educator and a passive pupil. Integration of pupils with moderate intellectual disabilities into society demands an active role of every pupil. The article presents the empowering strategy promoting the learner's active role. This strategy is being illustrated by the model of studio „Credo" and its activity. The article presents different forms of activity of studio „Credo": artistic creation, visiting exhibitions, participating in exhibitions, cooperation with parents. Every form is being discussed and the role of the educator in the drawing process is limited to writing of the title, why opening ceremony of exhibitions is organized as openings of professional artists' exhibitions, it is explained why certificates are necessary after every opening of an exhibition etc. The article reveals the interaction of different forms of activities of studio „Credo" during the three stages of empowering strategy: support, mutual help and developing the pupil's perception and experience. It is shown what forms of activity constitute one or another stage of empowering strategy and its impact on the learner. Various forms of the studio's activity are illustrated graphically in the appendix. There are also given the results of activity of studio „Credo": 13 exhibitions, during 4 years; collected material (drawings, video tapes, diaries and scientific research based on the above mentioned activities). The conclusions and recommendations summarize the usage of empowering strategy in artistic activity of pupils with moderate intellectual disabilities. [From the publication]
