Only well oriented in multifunctional environment enterprise can expect success in its activities. It is necessary information about macro environment for well orienting. It is possible to divide all necessary information in such parts: natural environment, technological environment, social environment, law and political environment. All the enterprises that have integrated environmental management have to dispose the information of market participants, preferences for environmental standpoint and activity of environmental activities. Producing of products and services, consuming of them, producers, customers and others, who participates in producing and consuming processes makes influence over environment. Information, concerning market participants' behaviour with respect to environment quality is important arranging, implementing and adjusting strategics and increasing competitiveness of enterprises. Information also plays important role in general and environmental planning, organizing, managing and controlling. Only after systematic identification of environmental management possibilities through all the functions enterprise can achieve success and to employ all the opportunities of environmental management. Environmental management systems and total quality management systems arc closely related in management processes of enterprise. It is possible to divide several contexts of these systems: parallel situation, connected situation, partial integration and full integration.With a development of comprehension of environmental management the necessity of its effectiveness evaluation and auditing is also rising. At this time environmental auditing is divided into such grades: correspondence auditing, activities auditing, management auditing and responsibility auditing. The value of auditing determinates quality and amount of necessary information.
