LTStraipsnyje analizuojama, kokie organizacijų bruožai ir vadovų savybės lemia organizacijų projektavimo būdą kaip vieną iš valdymo sprendimų. Aprašomi tyrimai, kurių pagalba buvo ieškoma dėsningumų tarp organizacijų pobūdžio, vadovų sisteminio mąstymo ir jų polinkio rinktis tam tikrus vadybinius sprendimus bei informacines verslo valdymo sistemas. ENScientists of systemology propose SBMS (Soft of Business Management System) just as a computerintegrated tool and recommend to project an organization using a methodology of minds activity. However the quality, particularity and usefulness of SBMS induce to review the scientists’ attitudes. Senselessness of the organizations systems leads to the waste of synergy and insufficient management. A person gifted with systematic intellection can organize a company as a system, including all components that are important according the system unit. A person who has an ability of systematic intellection is able to organize a company as a system without separating components and it is significant for the system as a whole. The systematic attitude to organization management consists of 6 competences: dynamic intellection; active interaction; systematic logic; process orientation; perpetual learning; perception of mental models. Principles of systematic thinking help organizations to compete successfully in the market. There is not easy to understand what organizational features and personal abilities of managers determine the choice of the organizations project method. The disclosed regularities can help to understand better the aspects of organization project management. It is important to check relationships between methodology of minds activity and SBMS (Soft of Business Management System). The article analyses organizations’ features and managers’ characteristics that determine the method of organizations projection and enables to look for regularities that allow better understanding of the aspects of organizations projection. Demographics of the respondents (law status of companies, gender, age, education and etc.) shows similarities of the real situation in Lithuania.The research disclosed that the majority of managers have systematic intellection and showed a tendency – managers mostly from manufacturing and service companies use systematic intellection more than managers from trade companies which prefer to use SBMS than to project an organization self-sufficiently. Managers without systematic intellection distrust outside consultants, but evaluate the consultants better than managers with systematic intellection. The majority of respondents declare against extra organizations development in the short run because SBMS satisfies more than organizations need. Managers without systematic intellection show higher evaluation of SBMS implementers and vice versa, managers with systematic intellection were not so positive in this regard. The research disclosed statistical differences between organizations activities and tendency to choose the ready-made solutions as SBMS. Trade companies have a leaning to choose SBMS more than to create a project their organization self-dependently. There is a second relationship between organizations activities and the method of choosing SBMS: manufacturing companies tend to trust outside consultants and the experience of other organizations. The majority of organizations prefer to cooperate with SBMS implementers. It shows the most important factor of successful project implementation. Research defines the margins of problem – it is insufficient in the field of trade organizations and the lack of separate competencies of managers’ systematic intellection. It leads to negative influence into organizations development.There is a comparison of systematic intellection between service, manufacturing and trade organizations. It shows an extra reserve of business improving for trade organizations. Research discloses systematic intellection and SBMS, and demonstrate its complement one another. The results of the research can be useful in important areas of business – strategy, organization projection, company structure creation, staff selection, processes optimization and project management. The research work demonstrates that systematic intellection and SBMS are not contradictory to each other, but are complementary tools. It allows to look anew at project management attitudes and to change the praxis. [From the publication]
