ENIn the article the signs of the dysfunctional relations are discussed and the notion of discrimination in relations among employees is stated. It is noticed that the questions of discrimination relations, apart from the work relation questions stay beyond discussion, by both Lithuanian and foreign authors. Axiom is that the salvation of the problem usually starts after the problem acquires a name. The mechanism of minority formation together with principles and signs is revealed. Discrimination is discussed as a direct weakening of the social connections with the minority group/variety or individuals that exist in the organization. Social isolation is understood as a psychological violence that influences functional changes in the organism. It is noticed that in case of increasing variety in the organization the problem of employees' discrimination is increasing as well. Summing up the scientific data we can state, that discrimination as a dysfunction of interrelations among employees marked by psychological violence in organization, that is directed against the group or the individuals which are connected to this group and that are understood as hostile and non-tolerable. These are distorted, unhealthy relations which hurt the dignity of the individual. [From the publication]
