Verslumo gebėjimų raiška kryptingo ugdymo sąlygomis

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama įprastai besivystančių ir neįgalumą turinčių mokinių verslumo gebėjimų raiška. Verslumo programa sukurta ir tyrimas atliktas įgyvendinant Europos struktūrinių fondų remiamą projektą "Neįgalumą turinčių mokinių verslumo kompetencijos ugdymo programa: kūrimas ir įgyvendinimas“. Įgyvendinant ugdomąjį projektą buvo atliktas ilgalaikis kokybinis tyrimas, kurio metu vertinta įprastai besivystančių ir neįgalumą turinčių mokinių, besimokančių integruoto ugdymo aplinkoje, verslumo gebėjimų raiška. Tyrime iš viso dalyvavo 357 įprastai besivystantys ir specialiųjų poreikių turintys mokiniai bei 17 mokytojų (mokinių veiklos stebėtojų). Projekte dalyvavę mokiniai ir mokytojai buvo prašomi vesti dienoraščius, kuriuose, vadovaudamiesi orientaciniais klausimais, atspindėjo savo patirtį. Atlikta dokumentų turinio analizė atskleidė, kad verslumo gebėjimų raiška mokinių nuostatose pakankamai aukšta, labiausiai išreikšti atsakingumo ir savarankiškumo gebėjimai, tačiau realioje situacijoje šie gebėjimai turi tendenciją reikštis žymiai silpniau. Verslumo gebėjimai reiškiasi tiek per pamokas, tiek popamokinės veiklos metu. Nustatyta verslumo gebėjimų raiška visose gebėjimų ir įvairiose ugdymo situacijose įrodo kryptingai taikomos "Neįgalumą turinčių mokinių verslumo ugdymo programos“ veiksmingumą ir atkreipia ugdytojų dėmesį į būtinybę daugiau akcentuoti atsakingumo bei atvirumo kaitai ugdymą. ENThe article examines an expression of entrepreneurship skills in the pupils of normal development and with disability. Enterpreneurship programme has been designed and the survey has been conducted during the implementation of the project "The programme on education of enterpreneurship competence in pupils with disability: the development and implementation" supported by the European Structural Funds. During the implementation of educational project, long-term qualitative study was carried out, and the expression of enterpreneurship skills in pupils of normal development and with disability, who learn in the integrated educational environment, was evaluated. The study included 357 pupils of normal development and with special needs in total and 17 teachers (observers of pupil activities). The students and teachers involved in the project were asked to keep diaries, where they reflected their experiences in accordance with the leading questions. The content analysis of documents accomplished showed that the skills of enterpreneurship expression in the attitude of pupils are high enough, mostly skills of responsibility and self-competence are expressed, but in real situation, these skills tend to be expressed significantly less. Enterpreneurship skills are expressed both during the lessons and extracurricular activities. Skills of enterpreneurship expression found out in all skills and various educational situations show the effectiveness of purposeful application of "Enterpreneurship educational programmes for the pupils with disability" and draw the attention of educators to the need for increased emphasis on the education of accountability and openness to changes. It is significant to implement the programmes designed for the enterpreneurship education single-mindedly teaching students to choose appropriate problem situations, to develop interrelationships as well as to notice and change their internal attitude.
