Summary / Abstract:

LTŠiame straipsnyje sprendžiama pagrindinė metodinė problema - rekonstruoti veikiausiai dingusį žodyną pagal jo pėdsakus dviejuose išlikusiuose žodynuose. Du žodynai - Clavis Germanico-Lithvana ir vadinamasis Richterio žodynas - turi tokių sutapimų, kurių nėra kituose žinomuose Mažosios Lietuvos žodynuose: Lexicon Lithuanicum ir vadinamajame Krauzės žodyne. Šie sutapimai leidžia daryti prielaidą, kad pirmieji du rėmęsi vienu bendru šaltiniu. Vokiškų lemų ir lietuviškų atitikmenų tipas bei pateikimo būdas orientuoja į iki šiol nežinomą žodyną (čia jis vadinamas žodynu X). Būdingais žodyno X bruožais laikytina: 1. Atitikmens pateikimas 1 sg. praes. forma. 2. [Iš leidinio]Reikšminiai žodžiai: Leksikografija; Senieji žodynai; Mažoji Lietuva; Lexicography; Old dictionaries; Lithuania Minor.

ENIn this article most attention was paid to methodological issues-how to partly reconstruct a dictionary, which had most probably disappeared, according to its traces in two other surviving manuscript dictionaries. The two dictionaries-Clavis Germanico-Lithvana and the so called Dictionary of Richter contain common elements that are not present in the other two known dictionaries from Lithuania Minor-the Lexicon Lithuanicum and in the so called Dictionary of Krause. These common elements permit me to assume that the first two had originated from one common source. The type of German lemmas and Lithuanian equivalents give evidence of a dictionary that is so far unknown (I term it Dictionary X). The characteristic features of this dictionary are the following: (1) The equivalent is given in the 1 sg. praes. form. (2) The occasional rendering of the 1 sg. praet. and the 1 sg. fut. form as the main forms for verbs. (3) The inclusion of the gen. sg. forms for nouns and adjectives, even if inconsistent. (4) Examples from the Old Testament. The lexemes that match in Clavis Germanico-Lithvana and the Dictionary of Richter, and that might have been taken from Jonas Rėzas Psalteras Dowido (Königsberg, 1625) and from Baltramiejus Vilentass Euangelias bei Epistolas (Königsberg, 1579) allow me to guess that the compiler of Dictionary X used lemmas and equivalents from these two sources.
