Šv. Augustino pedagogikos ypatumai ir jų aktualumas bei svarba krikščioniškumui ugdyti
LTStraipsnyje Šv. Augustinas pristatomas kaip amžinai jaunas, aktualus ir modernus pedagogas. Naudojant tekstų lyginamosios ir vertinamosios analizės metodą atskleidžiami unikalūs, autentiški Šv. Augustino pedagogikos ypatumai ir mėginama parodyti jų svarbą krikščioniškumui ugdyti nūdien. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į Šv. Augustiną kaip vidinio ugdymo pradininką ir pagrindėją, apibrėžusį esminius vidinio gyvenimo momentus. Iškeliama Šv. Augustino Dievo ieškojimo ir Jo pažinimo pedagogikos reikšmė. Ypač aktualus Šv. Augustino, tarnavusio Dievui ir žmogui žodžiu ir širdimi, mokymas kalbėti širdies kalba, puoselėti širdies kultūrą, nes širdis žmoguje vienintelė vieta, kur gali tarpti jautrumas Dievui ir žmogui, kur gimsta ir bręsta vidinė tylos malda. Krikščioniškumo ugdymo požiūriu neįkainojamą vertę turi jo įsitikinimas, kad ugdymo reikalavimai gali sklisti tik iš absoliučios, aukščiausios vertybės ir tikslo, t.y. tikslo, grindžiamo dieviška būtimi ir valia.
ENThe article presents St. Augustine as an eternally young, active and modern pedagogue. Using the method of comparative and evaluative analysis of texts, the unique authentic peculiarities of the pedagogy of St. Augustine are revealed and an effort is made to show their importance for fostering Catholicism at the present time. Attention is directed to St. Augustine as the initiator and founder of internal training, who defined the essential moments of inner life. The pedagogical meaning of St. Augustine's search for God and His understanding is presented. Especially relevant is the teaching of St. Augustine, who served God and man in word and heart, that people should speak from the heart, foster the culture of the heart because the heart is the only part in a man where sensitivity to God and man can flourish, where the inner prayer of silence is born and matures. In reference to the development of Christianity an incalculable value has his conviction that the demands for development can be propagated only from the most absolute, highest value and purpose, i.e. a purpose based on Divine Being and will.
