Kasdienybės politizacija: (ne)politiškumo efektas Lietuvos politikoje

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama, kaip klostosi nauja politiškumo dimensija - (ne)politiškumo efektas politikoje, kuris pasiekiamas politikai prasiveržus į kasdienybę. Šio proveržio prasmė siejama su politikos funkcionalumo palaikymu. Pabrėžiama, kad politikos, kaip viešo vyksmo, atgrasumo aplinkoje kasdienis, neviešas, net pramoginis, t.y. tariamai (ne)politinis, individo įtraukimas į politiką yra jam priimtinesnis. Tokiai politikos sklaidai principinės reikšmės turi gyvenimo individualizacija ir informacinių technologijų atveriamos komunikacijos galimybės. Politiką prie kasdienybės geriausiai priartina politinis spektaklis, kuris yra patraukliausia politinė diskretiško politinio dalyvavimo technologija tokiam politikos dalyviui, kuris nori tikėti, kad politinis vyksmas iš tikrųjų yra atviras jo nereguliariam, bet labai įvairiam formos prasme, netgi (ne)politiniam dalyvavimui, o politikos darbotvarkėje atsiduria ir jo kasdienius rūpesčius sukeliančios problemos. Kasdienybės politizacija nėra "nekaltas" procesas. Politikai ir vyriausybės politikos intervencijos į kasdienybę būdu siekia savo veiklos legitimumo. Lietuvoje kasdienybės politizacijos siekiai, politinis spektaklis, kaip nauja politikos būties forma, dar nesuvokti ir net smerkiami. Tačiau ir čia jau vyksta politikos sklaida kasdienybėje ir kasdienėmis formomis, laukiama (ne)politiškumo efekto politikoje. ENThe article examines the ways of coming into existence of the new dimension of politics, i. e. the non-politics effect in politics, reached after the politics invade the everyday life. The meaning of the said breakthrough is related to the support of functionality of politics. It is stressed that the everyday, unadvertised, even entertaining, i. e. allegedly non-political involvement of an individual into politics in the environment of the obtrusiveness of politics as a public process is more acceptable to the individual. The individualization of life and the communication possibilities, offered by the information technologies have principled significance to such dissemination of politics. Politics are best approximated to the everyday life by the political show, which is the most attractive political mechanism for the discrete political participation for a politics player, who wants to believe that the political process is actually open to its irregular but very diverse, in terms of the form, and even non-political participation and the problems, raising the everyday concerns find themselves on the political agenda. The politization of everyday life is not an “innocent” process. The politicians, by way of intervention of the politics of the government into the everyday life, reach for legitimacy of their activities. The attempts of politization of the everyday life in Lithuania and the political show as a new form of the state of politics have not been fully perceived yet, they are even denounced. However in this area there also is dissemination of politics in the everyday life in everyday forms and the effect of non-politics can be expected.
