LTStraipsnyje pristatoma teisinės kultūros samprata, sociologinė jos interpretacija, atskleidžiama takoskyra tarp teisės doktrinos ir sociologinio požiūrio į teisę. Analizuojant klasikinių ir modernių teisės sociologijos teorijų genezę siekiama išskirti atskirus teisinės kultūros sisteminius elementus ir per jų spektrą pateikti galimas teisinės kultūros tyrimo prieigas. Tam tikrų apibrėžtų teisinės kultūros analizės lygmenų nustatymas leis sąlyginai išgryninti pačią teisinės kultūros sampratą ir atskirti ją nuo kitų giminingų sąvokų bei mokslinių koncepcijų, padarys ją laisviau konvertuojama empiriniuose tyrimuose. ENThe article presents the concept of the law culture, its sociological interpretation and reveals the divide between the law doctrine and the sociological view of the law. The analysis of the genesis of the classic and modern law sociology theories aims at distinguishing the individual systematic elements of the law culture and, through their spectrum, presenting the possible access to the examination of the law culture. The establishing of certain defined levels of analysis of the law culture will provide the possibility to relatively distill the concept of the law culture itself and distinguish it from other relating concepts and scientific concepts and will make the concept of the law culture more convertible in empirical studies.
