Ugdomojo vadovavimo taikymo vaikų raidos sutrikimų ankstyvoje reabilitacijoje tyrimas

LTSparčiai vystantis medicinai, vis dažniau į gydymą įtraukiamas ugdomasis vadovavimas, kuris padeda ne tik gydymo įstaigose dirbantiems specialistams, bet ir šeimoms, turinčioms kūdikį ar vaiką su tam tikru sutrikimu. Ugdomojo vadovavimo principų taikymas specialistams, dirbantiems vaikų raidos sutrikimų ankstyvoje reabilitacijoje yra labai svarbus, nes tokiu principu įtraukiami į darbą visi reikalingi specialistai, šeimos nariai ir pats kūdikis ar vaikas, kuriam reikalinga skubi pagalba. Kuo labiau visi bus įtraukiami į gydymą, tuo geresnių rezultatų bus pasiekta. Tyrimo dalyviai patvirtino, kad ankstyvoje reabilitacijoje dirbantiems specialistams naudinga ir tikslinga taikyti ugdomąjį vadovavimą šeimoms, nes tokiu principu dirbant, galima įgyti tėvų (globėjų) pasitikėjimą ir bendradarbiavimą, padėti šeimoms, suteikiant joms visą reikalingą informaciją, kaip prisidėti prie gydymo ir palengvinti savo kūdikio (vaiko) vystymąsi ir gydymo etapą. ENWith the rapid development of medicine, coaching is increasingly included in treatment, which helps not only specialists working in medical institutions but also families who have a baby or child with a certain disorder. The application of the principles of coaching to specialists working in the early rehabilitation of children‘s developmental disorders is very important because this principle includes all the necessary specialists, family members, and the baby or child who needs urgent help. The more everyone is involved in the treatment, the better the results will be. Research participants confirmed that for specialists working in early rehabilitation, it is useful and appropriate to apply coaching to families because by working on this principle, it is possible to gain the trust and cooperation of parents/guardians. It is also possible to help families by providing them with all the information they need on how they can contribute to the treatment and facilitate their baby/child‘s development and stage of treatment.
