ENThe chapter deals with the tendencies of criminal liability of a legal person in Lithuania during the independence period (2002-2019) and certain problematical issues of criminal liability of a legal person related to the conditions of criminal liability, the release from criminal liability and sentencing rules. The analysis is based on the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania and the Supreme Court of Lithuania, as well as on the doctrine of Lithuanian criminal law.
