ENInformation computer technologies (ICT) appears to be one of the most important things in human life. These technologies are vigorously usable not only in work, but also during one's free time. The age of people who are using technologies are between pre-school aged children and older. There have been carried out a lot of researches in order to find out the influence of ICT in human lives, especially of pre-school aged children. The article discusses a problem about ineffective usage of computer technologies in education process at pre-school education establishments. Art activity is one of the most preferable activities among the preschoolers. What is the impact of applying the ICT in organizing art activity? Aim of a paper: to investigate the usage of information technology in development pre-school aged children's artistic competency. Tasks of a paper: theoretically justify the usage of information technologies in development pre-school aged children's artistic competency and to accomplish the application of information technologies in pre-school "X". Methods of a research: analysis of scientific literature, written survey - questionnaire, oral survey - interview. Conclusion. Information computer technologies (ICT) can be successfully applied in pre-schools for the development of children's artistic competency; it is important to evaluate the influence of computer technologies. Empirical research revealed, that most of the respondents agree to use information computer technologies in pre-schools more often especially when these technologies can be applied in the development of children's artistic competence.
