LTĮmonių vadovai turi nuolat stebėti ar efektyviai naudojami finansiniai ištekliai, sekti įmonės finansinę būklę ir jos dinamiką, analizuoti ir vertinti veiklos blogėjimo priežastis, norint tapti lankstesne ir siekti didesnių tikslų bei išvengti bankroto. Kuo anksčiau bus nustatyti neefektyvaus išteklių valdymo požymiai, tuo greičiau bus galimybė išvengti mokumo problemų, netinkamo nuosavo kapitalo bei skolintų lėšų panaudojimo valdant išteklius, uždirbant pelną bei siekiant išvengti bankroto. Tuo tikslu, apžvelgus finansinių išteklių valdymo praktikoje naudojamus sprendimus, buvo atlikta UAB „Gama“ pavyzdžiu finansinių išteklių valdymo efektyvumo analizė ir suformuluotos rekomendacijos efektyviam įmonės finansinių išteklių valdymui. The main type of financial resources is money, the correct use of which allows the company to continue operating, develop, increase revenue, purchase goods, pay wages, taxes and expand. Company managers must constantly monitor the efficient use of financial resources, monitor the company’s financial condition and its dynamics, analyze and assess the causes of deterioration, which helps the company to become more flexible and achieve greater goals. The sooner signs of inefficient resource management are identified, the sooner it will be possible to avoid solvency problems, misuse of equity and borrowed funds to manage resources, make a profit and avoid bankruptcy. The article analyzes the company’s financial resources. The aim is to provide recommendations for the efficient management of financial resources after reviewing the solutions used in financial resource management practice. When formulating recommendations for efficient management of financial resources, it is necessary to perform analysis of financial statements: vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit (loss) statements, calculate the ratios that best reflect the efficiency of resource management: profitability, solvency, leverage, cash flow.
