LTVisų tipų lavinimo mokyklų pedagogų prisitaikymas prie kaitos ir inovacijų sklaida kaip eksplicitinė asmeninė prielaida, lemia socialinės realybės, žinių visuomenės kūrimo pokyčius. Straipsnyje pristatomi pedagogų reagavimo į pokyčius, adaptyvumo, naujovių įdiegimo ir sklaidos, remiantis penkiakopiu inovacijų taikymo modeliu, tyrimo rezultatai ir jų interpretavimas, ypač gilinantis į negatyvios mokytojų reakcijos, kaip pasipriešinimo švietimo praktikos permainoms, priežastis. ENThe article presents the diffusion of educational innovations in secondary schools. A common problem for many teachers, organizations and educational policy makers is how to speed up the rate of innovation diffusion. According to the research findings, teachers demonstrate innovativeness to which they adopt new ideas. The results of the analysis showed that teachers’ response to changes includes acceptance, indifference (apathy, loss of interest in work, doing the minimum to get by), and passive resistance – doing as little as possible. The sources of resistance are identified and ways of addressing resistances to educational change are specified.
