Summary / Abstract:

LTSėkmingą sportininkų dalyvavimą varžybose lemia tinkamas jų parengtumas, kuris priklauso nuo treniravimo programos. Veiksmingas sportininkų treniravimo valdymas priklauso nuo rengimo ir parengtumo modelių sąveikos ir tik uždara sportininkų treniravimo valdymo sistema, grindžiama grįžtamuoju ryšiu, gali užtikrinti kryptingą treniravimo valdymą, kad geriausius rezultatus sportininkai pasiektų per svarbiausias varžybas, todėl būtina tinkamai sudaryti treniravimo programą, atitinkančią sportininkų parengtumą ir parengti individualų varžybinės veiklos modelį – numatyti krūvių dydžius, rengimo turinį, intensyvumą ir viską suskirstyti atitinkamais sportininkų rengimo tarpsniais [db.lmt.lt].

ENResearch aim: to develop a model for coaching management of high-performance female judo athletes for one season. To achieve the aim, the following objectives have been set: 1. To determine and substantiate the peculiarities of competition activity and individual performance of high-performance athetes. 2. To select the criteria for systematic monitoring of preparation and performance of high-performance female athletes. 3. To develop an optimal training program of high-performance female athletes for one season. Research methods: review of literature sources, analysis of data and competition activity protocols and videos, a case study, athlete performance tests, laboratory tests to determine athlete performance. Academic relevance and theoretical significance of the dissertation. The comparative analysis of competition activities of elite and high-performance athletes has enabled the development of a one-season preparation program and the assessment of the relationship between biological workload value and athlete performance in competitions. The present study provides and scientifically substantiates the coaching model of female judo athletes and its impact on athlete performance. Judo coaches could apply this research-based and practically tested model of preparation and performance in the preparation and training of high-performance judo athletes.
