Summary / Abstract:

ENBusiness operations are now recognized as a way of achieving a company's sustainable growth. It must, therefore, be embraced as an organizational aim. Under the New Corporate Law, corporations in 2012 will contribute 2 percent of their net profits to the social responsibility of CSR, which has allowed the Indians to work actively for CSR as they requested a specified class of firms to spend part of their profits on CSR (Frynas et al, 2015). Any commitment to the well-being of society is called for. Companies should no longer restrict themselves to using society's money and must be corporate citizens socially responsible and therefore contribute to the social good.
