LTStraipsnyje aptariamas protestantizmo reiškinys LDK. Nuosekliai ir kontekstualiai nustatoma ir apžvelgiama reiškinio genezė, nurodomi keliai, kuriais protestantizmas pasiekė Lietuvą, kaip įsitvirtino ir gyvavo. Pasak autorės, reformacija LDK buvo svarbi kaip religijos aktualizavimo veiksnys, vertęs modernizuoti ir racionalizuoti kultūros procesą. Šie pakitimai aiškiausiai atsispindėjo ankstyviausioje lietuvių literatūroje, kurios pradininkai ir buvo liuteronai. Todėl įvertinama reformato Abraomo Kulviečio veikla ir jo parašyti protestantiški testai, o kartu bendrai aptariama visa liuteronų literatūra, drauge išryškinant ir Stanislovo Rapolionio indėlį. Nagrinėjama kalvinistiškosios literatūros ir lietuviškosios raštijos plėtotė, pademonstruojant LDK protestantizmo personalijų santykį su Europos protestantais. ENThe article discusses the phenomenon of Protestantism in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The genesis of the phenomenon is established and reviewed consistently and contextually, the ways in which Protestantism reached Lithuania and became established there are indicated. According to the author, reformation in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was important as the factor of actualising religion, which made the process of culture to be modernised and rationalised. These changes were reflected most clearly in early Lithuanian literature, whose initiators were Lutherans. Therefore the activity of the reformist Abraomas Kulvietis and the protestant texts that he wrote are evaluated, and at the same time the whole literature of the Lutherans is discussed at the same time elucidating the contribution made Stanislovas Rapolionis. The development of Calvinist literature and Lithuanian writing is investigated demonstrating the relation of Protestantism persons of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania with the protestants of Europe. Aldo, the text provides information about the relation between the Catholic Church and Protestantism in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and suppression of the latter in the country.
