Psichologinis bendruomenės kūrimo Lietuvoje modelis

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama bendruomenės kūrimo Lietuvoje problema, aptarus sąvokos bendruomenė prasmę socialinės psichologijos ir sociologijos kontekstuose bei išanalizavus Lietuvos gyventojų socialinę situaciją bei užsienio šalių patirtį kuriant bendruomenę, remiantis atliktų besimokančių suaugusių psichologinių charakteristikų tyrimų duomenimis, sukuriamas originalus psichologinis bendruomenės kūrimo Lietuvoje modelis. Psichologinį bendruomenės kūrimo modelį sudaro šie komponentai: 1) socialinių darbuotojų asmenybės savybių ugdymas ir saviugda (savo vaidmens prisiėmimas ir supratimas prasmingo mokymosi situacijoje, atvirumo ir tiesos, empatiškumo nuostatų kliento atžvilgiu formavimas, adekvataus savivaizdžio formavimas, socialinio darbuotojo kompetencijų nuolatinis lavinimas); 2) klientų motyvuotumo socializacijai formavimas (motyvuotumo socializacijai žadinimas, pasitikėjimo savo ir bendruomenės narių jėgomis formavimasis; klientų savivertės stiprinimas); 3) sociokultūrinių, pedagoginių ir psichologinių bendruomenės gyvenimo sąlygų sudarymas. Straipsnyje pateikiamos rekomendacijos savivaldybėms, atsakingoms už bendruomenės kūrimą Lietuvoje, kurių tikslai – skatinti dirbančių socialinių darbuotojų nuolatinį mokymąsi suprasti savo klientus, jų grupes bei save pačius ir nuolat tobulinti savo darbui būtinas kompetencijas. ENThe article deals with the problem of community building in Lithuania. The aim of the article is to develop a psychological model of community building in Lithuania, based on the conceptual analysis of the term “community”, the social situation in Lithuania, the experience of community building in West European countries and the US, and the analysis of psychological and social problems of community building in developing countries. According to the author, the psychological model of Community building in Lithuania consists of three parts: 1) development and self-development of personality traits and competencies of social workers (acceptance and understanding of his/her role in the situation of meaningful learning, the development of an approach based openness, empathy and truth in his/her work with the clients, the nurturing of self-esteem, expectations towards the clients and a positive attitude towards lifelong learning, in order to improve his/her competencies); 2) development of the clients’ motivation for socialization (appearance and further development of clients motivation to socialization, development of their reliance on the members of community and on themselves; the development of the clients’ self-esteem); 3) the creation of adequate socio-cultural, educational and psychological conditions of community life (evaluating psychosocial needs of community members; choosing appropriate methods of social work with the clients; developing social skills of community members).
