Klaipėdos valstybinėje kolegijoje būsimi kraštovaizdţio dizaino specialistai ugdomi verslumu pagrįstu mąstymu. Ţinių ir verslo administravimo įgūdţių jie įgauna atlikdami verslo praktiką. Straipsnyje bandoma iš arčiau paţvelgti į kraštovaizdţio dizaino studijų programos studentų praktiką imitacinėje verslo praktinio mokymo firmoje „Florameta“, skyrių veiklą bei praktikos įtaką studentams adaptuojantis darbo rinkoje.
ENLandscape Design professionals in Klaipeda State College are educated in entrepreneurial mindset. The entire educational process towards the final result -a person has to be developed independently and capable to act responsibly. Students of Business practice of Landscape Design study programme work on practical business simulation training company "Florameta. Here they get a real knowledge of the plant processes and learn how to properly complete documents, handle business correspondence, presentations and projects. In a simulation business practice firm established departments are as in a real company: personnel, purchasing, sales, marketing, finance and projects. Students first learn about the recruitment process: to be completed by the Europass CV, cover letter, submit any other necessary documentation constitute an employment contract. Further, each student continues to work in separate offices. Conducted survey showed that students in practical training company understand what processes are running real businesses. They are familiar with the peculiarities of the tax system and learn how to manage the sales process, market study, prepare for afforestation projects in accordance with customer orders. The obtained results showed that business practices have many benefits for the students of Landscape Design study programme in preparation and adaptation to the labour market. During the conversation there was expressed a positive attitude to business practices.
