ENThis paper analyses the reflections of the idea of “Europe” in the EU accession referendum (2003), and “nuclear” referenda (2008, and 2012) campaigns in Lithuania., Campaign slogans are mainly taken into account, reconstructing various discursive devices. Explanatory power of new institutionalism (discursive) theories is discussed.
