ENThe article deals with the notion of subjectivity without identity'. What means to be without identity: to be anonymous and to lose one's ow'n identity or to be singular? Answering this question, the notion of subjectivity in E. Levinas is analyzed. In the research the temporal aspect of the notion of subjectivity is emphasized, because temporal section shows its radicalism. The notion of subjectivity without identity is revealed through the relation with phenomenological notion of subjectivity, which includes both the moment of factualness and the active self-creation. Levinas"s notion of subjectivity' is presented as attempt to transform phenomenological time and to describe subjectivity through passivity and diachronic time.
