Summary / Abstract:

ENIn this study, it is aimed to be determined the results of inspection according to the first, median and last countries in PISA, 2015 the field of science and the state of education in Turkey by comparison. According to PISA results, in the field of science, the first country is Singapore, the median country is Lithuania, and the last country is Dominican Republic. According to the results of this research, it is aimed to examine the supervision system, which is one of the factors that may cause the countries that have success or failure in the education to be in advanced or low level in education. The countries concerned and Turkey's education and supervision systems were compared by the purpose of the audit, its structure and the duties and powers of the inspectors. A descriptive research model was used as an appropriate type of research for presenting the situation in the research and for making cross-country comparisons. This research is a comparative education research because the comparison of the educational supervision systems of the selected countries is made in this study. While collecting data on the subject in the research, criteria have been established and in line with these criteria Singapore, Lithuania, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and related educational supervision were utilized by the books, dissertations, articles, institutions and institutions responsible for educational supervision of countries, legal documents, public records, written by people and institutions resources. The update of the obtained resources has been taken into consideration. Document analysis was used in the research. The documents which are accepted as data for research are descriptively analyzed and arranged according to the developed framework and classified according to sub-objectives.Then similarities and differences between the systems were determined and suggestions were developed by interpreting findings obtained after the comparison.
