ENNames of the representatives of fauna have been included by people in proverbs and sayings in order to pass on knowledge about their habits and behavior, since man has always correlated the manifestations of the mental condition of animals and man, and transferred signs from the animal world into the content of proverbs and sayings. However, the means of the life of people in different countries, tradition and the spiritual culture of people, a specific character of their way of life, and geographical conditions have specific features and different symbolism which arc especially vividly reflected in proverbs and sayings and first of all in proverbs and sayings about family, since family is a cell of society. Consequently, a comparative study on zoonims used in the figurative meaning, and in the composition of proverbs and sayings about family is of undoubted scientific interest - first of all, for describing the national linguistic picture of the world, national character. In this article, some associative connections are examined, and connections between the language and mentality, arc revealed fixing the cultural stereotypes of peoples.
