Narkomanijos plitimo klausimu

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama Lietuvoje priimta narkomanijos samprata, atskleidžiamas jos ribotumas, parodomos tokios sampratos negatyvios pasekmės. ENIn the article the author investigates the causes drug using increase in Lithuania. It is stated that because ofthe objective causes Lithuania appeare not to be prepared to repel the drug using chellenge. In the article the drug using problem is presended as a complicated social phenomenon, thoght in Lithuanian scentific literature it is understood one-sidedly, ignoring the whole complex of it. In Lithuania legislation causes of drug using problems are treated very narrow. It is boud in the article that narrow understanding of the causes of becoming a drug user is a serious obsticle in overcoming the spread of drug using problem and shopping this anticultural phenomenon in general. Also the causes are systemized and structurelized according to which people become drug users.
