Mechanikos inžinerijos studijų programos studentų pasitenkinimo studijomis tyrimas

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama pasirinktos tikslinės grupės – Klaipėdos valstybinės kolegijos (KVK) mechanikos inžinerijos studentų pasitenkinimo studijomis lemiančius veiksnius. Apžvelgti studentams svarbūs kokybiškų studijų kriterijai: mokymo ir mokymosi kokybė, akademinis konsultavimas, praktikos kolegijoje ir įmonėse, studijų organizavimo procesas, studijų aplinka, mokymo procesui naudojama IT ir laboratorinė įranga ir bibliotekos ištekliai. Atlikus anketinę apklausą ir išanalizavus tyrimo duomenis, nustatyti pagrindiniai tobulinimo aspektai.

ENMechanical engineering course students’ satisfaction with their studies which can influence students’ academic records, social activity, interpersonal communication, seeking goals. Successful selection of study program and students satisfaction with studies have a significant impact on achieving of good study results and becoming a good specialist for labour market. Another part of questionnaire include various factors affecting the satisfaction with studies: a possibility to combine studies, job and family, a possibility to get psychological consultations or support, a possibility to participate in social events and self - expression activities, a possibility to participate in conferences or professional events, a possibility to study and find a place for internship abroad (Erasmus program), innovative methods of study and practical training, a possibility to acquire theoretical knowledge background and actual practical skills. The main factors for satisfaction with the studies have been established: positive relationships with lecturers. It is known that professional motivation is associated with students contentment of studies: good teaching (lecturing strategies, motivate students to study) scale indicators has modest link with internal motivation to know, internal motivation to experience stimulation and extrinsic motivation to indentify.
