Edukacinės platformos kūrimo transporto įmonėms poreikio tyrimas: Lietuvos atvejo analizė

Transporto ir logistinės įmonės turi įsisavinti naujas technologijas, naujus organizacijų ir personalo valdymo sprendimus. Sėkmė lydi tuos, kurie greičiausiai įsisavina technikos naujoves, sugeba greitai apmokyti darbuotojus dirbti su naujais įrengimais, skatina darbuotojų aktyvų dalyvavimą įmonės veikloje. ENTransport and logistics sector – stable and constantly developed, one of priority branch of economy. This is recognized by various state institutions. Transport and logistics companies have to absorb new technologies, new decisions of personnel management. Successful companies are those, who most likely absorb technical innovations, also are able to quickly train employees to work with new equipment and encourages employees to participate actively in the company. It is important to identify the need of educational platform. It could be purposeful and innovative solution for the improvement of professional competences in transport and logistic sector and ensure the competitiveness of companies. In this article will analyzed the situation of Lithuanian transport and logistic sector and the need of educational platform in this sector.
