Verslumo ugdymas Klaipėdos verslo ir technologijų kolegijos technologijų fakulteto inžinerinių mokslų srityse
LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama verslumo ugdymo integracija į aukštojo profesinio rengimo sistemą, aptariama verslumo sąvoka plačiąja ir siaurąja prasme. Nemažas dėmesys skiriamas Lietuvos vyriausybės programoms, kuriose yra akcentuojama jaunimo verslumo ugdymo stiprinimo nuostata ir siekimas, kad daugiau jaunų žmonių turėtų sąlygas pradėti savo verslą. Atkreipiamas dėmesys, kad smulkiojo ir vidutinio verslo skatinimo priemonės nepakankamai sistemingai padeda gerinti verslo sąlygas, kad įgyvendinamos valstybinės ūkio ir atskirų jo šakų plėtros programos nėra tarpusavyje susijusios, menkai koordinuojamos ir orientuotos daugiau į užimtumo problemos sprendimą. Straipsnyje pateikiama Klaipėdos verslo ir technologijų kolegijos technologijos fakulteto verslumo žinių ir įgūdžių analizė. Siekiama išsiaiškinti, kokių verslumo žinių ir įgūdžių labiausiai trūksta inžinerinių specialybių studentams, rengiantis savarankiškam gyvenimui ir darbinei karjerai ir siūlomi būdai šiai problemai spręsti.
ENThis article is focused on integration of entrepreneurship education into the higher vocational training system; the term of entrepreneurship is discussed in its wide and narrow sense. Great attention is paid to the programmes of the Government of Lithuania where the attitude of the consolidation and pursuit of youth entrepreneurship education, so that more young people had conditions for the establishment of a business, is emphasized. It is noticed that the means of promotion of small and average business do not sufficiently systematically help in reforming business conditions, practicable programmes of development of national economy and of its separate branches are not interdependent, they are poorly coordinated and more oriented to the solving of employment problem. Analysis of entrepreneurship knowledge and skills of the Faculty of Technology of Klaipėda Business and Technology College is introduced in this article. It is pursued to find out what knowledge and skills of entrepreneurship students of engineering specialties lack when they are preparing for independent living and work carrier; moreover, ways of solution of this problem are suggested.
