It feels especially in big cities, where preschool education institutions attended more and more children. Another trend is that if wanted to easily integrate into the labor market, school and pre-school teacher must have not only a child's education, but also managerial and other skills that meet changed, demanding and difficult profession. Thus, the program has to respond to labor market needs. Article addresses 3 objectives: Disclose to the labor market-oriented curriculum features; To assess the labor market-oriented pre-school graduates' employability; Set the pre-school teachers studying the adaptation of skills acquired in working life trends.
