Analysing the funding changes of Lithuanian higher education
LTŠiame straipsnyje analizuojamos aplinkybės, kurios nulėmė aukštojo mokslo finansavimo reformas Lietuvoje. Pagrindinės straipsnio išvados yra tos, kad dažnas finansavimo sistemos keitimas yra susijęs su ekonominiais, demografiniais ir politiniais pokyčiais Lietuvoje. Lietuva, laikydamasi strateginio Lisabonos principų įgyvendinimo tikslo, yra priversta taikytis su greitai kintančia aplinka ir keisti finansavimo sistemą, priklausomai nuo tuometinių sąlygų. Galima teigti, kad konvergencija, susijusi su finansavimu, grįstu rezultatais, Lietuvoje nemonotoniška.
ENThis article focuses on the funding reforms of higher education in Lithuania. The authors analyse the circumstances and drivers of the reforms of higher education. The main finding is that the frequent changes of the funding system depend on the economic, demographic and political fluctuations in Lithuania. Despite the strategic goal of Lithuania to implement the principles of the Bologna Process, the volatility of the environment creates the need to change the funding system according to the current condition. Convergence towards the output based market principles of the funding is not monotonie in Lithuania.
