Research into best internship practice throughout Europe

LTŠiame straipsnyje pristatoma informacija, surinkta YouthEmploy projekto metu ir naudinga, sprendžiant jaunimo įsidarbinimo problemą Europos sąjungoje. Pateikta informacija buvo renkama šalių atstovų, dalyvaujančių YouthEmploy projekte bei siekiančių, analizuojant stažuočių patirtis Europoje, sujungti geriausias stažuočių patirtis ir realizuoti gerosios parties stažuočių programą. Straipsnio tikslas - išsiaiškinti nacionalinių šalių patirtį profesinėse stažuotėse, siekiant jaunimo nedarbo mažinimo. Išanalizavus gautą informaciją, pristatyti gerosios patirties stažuočių principus.

ENThis report presents the findings of the research carried out during the research phase of the YouthEmploy project. To realize this research, professionals from all involved countries were analyzing national information about internships system and principles. After it, al information was analyzed together and researchers find out the best internship practice system in EU. The main objective of this paper is to identify different policies and best practices on internships, compare it and present clear image, how good internship should look like.
