Valdymo teorijų taikymo švietimo sistemoje analizė
LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas švietimo organizacijos valdymas. Remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių literatūra, pateikiamos planavimo, organizavimo, vadovavimo ir kontrolės funkcijų sąsajos. Anonimiškai apklausta trisdešimt Klaipėdos valstybinės kolegijos Technologijų fakulteto dėstytojų ir nustatyta, kad visos valdymo funkcijos šioje organizacijoje atliekamos tinkamai ir veiksmingai. Paaiškėjo, kad keičiant valdymo procesą šioje organizacijoje reikėtų labiau vertinti darbo išmanymą, puoselėti deramus vadovų ir darbuotojų tarpusavio santykius, įtraukti kuo daugiau darbuotojų į sprendimų priėmimą ir pripažinti, jog vadovavimas yra ne asmeniui suteiktos pareigos, o funkcija, kurią vykdyti gali padėti daugelis darbuotojų.
ENThis article analyzed the process of education organization management. While performing the analysis of the literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors, there have been presented the linkages of planning, organization, management and control functions. With the help of anonymous questionnaires there have been questioned 30 lectors of the college and it has been determined that all functions of management are performed properly and effectively in this organization. It has been determined that when performing the alternation of management process in this organization, there should be more assessed the knowledge of work, maintained proper relationships between directors and employees, included more employees when there are awarded the decisions and it should be acknowledged that the management is not only the rendered duties but also, the function which many employees can help to accomplish.
