ENThe freedom of a politician is not unconditional. It has two specific features. Firstly, it is a binding freedom, because its base is the obligations to the electors which confided the politician, i.e. the freedom of actions order to reconcile the interests of various groups (to try coordinate them). However, simultaneously these obligations determine the directions of the activities of the politician: he/she may expect the support until his/her activities shall be in conformance with these obligations. On the other hand, the freedom of a politician is complex which means the ability of the politician to preserve his/her personality in trying to reconcile the interests. The result achieved due to the freedom actions granted to the politician by the electors becomes the subject of assessment to be carried out by the society and it is assessed from the standpoints of the legal (the achieved result does not violate the Bylaws of the state), political (it satisfies the expectations of the groups of the society which interests are represented by the politician) and moral (the result was achieved by use of measures which do not contradict the moral norms, traditions of political life) aspects. This causes three kinds of responsibilities of a politician - a legal, a political and a moral one. The expression of the responsibility is discussed.
