Migracinių procesų įtaka Lietuvos darbo rinkai. Kokybiniai ir kiekybiniai imigracijos reguliavimo aspektai

ENThe article deals with the problem of migration process influence on the Lithuanian labour market. First of all the situation of Lithuanian labour market is analysed in the period of 2001 - 2006. Focus made on the tendencies of unemployment, labour force and employment, labour participation and the structure of labour market. The second step will be the explaining the reasons of detected trends. Dealing with the challenges caused by emigration the employment and participation rate indicators became more important then unemployment as they much better reflect the real situation in Lithuanian labour market and economy. The survey of employers of Vilnius and analyses of the labour market indicators cleared up the problem of shortages of labour force and the estimated perspectives of Lithuanian labour market stress the same trends for future as the emigration should grow up with the further integration.
