Senojo tikėjimo šventvietės Sedos apylinkėse

LTApie Sedos apylinkių objektus, susijusius su senąja lietuvių (baltų) pasaulėjauta, yra nemaža įvairių žinių - nuorodų, aprašų. Tai ikikrikščioniškojo tikėjimo šventvietės - apeigų, kulto, taip pat įsivaizduojamos dievų, dievybių, mirusiųjų buvimo ar tam tikro pasireiškimo vietos, paprastai dėl tos priežasties išskirtos ir dažnai laikomos šventomis. ENThere are a lot of places related with the old Baltic beliefs, traditions and the traditional world outlook in the surroundings of Seda, such as holy forests, holy oak-trees, hills, lakes and springs. Some of the heathens saint places keep traditions till our days, for example: the hills of Puokė, Račių Alka and Pasruojės Panai. The people go there to pray, to sacrifice some money or simply to take care of saint places. The author quates narrative folklore and written sources about many of these saint places, and tries to tell the origin of them.
