ENFactors conditioning teenagers’ aggression at the time of crime (murders, body injuries, raping and robbery cases) are discussed on the basis of forensic-psychiatric and psychiatric-psychological investigations during in-patient examinations carried out in Utena department in 1994-1998. Considering social factors (education, family relations, use of alcohol and etc.) and their influence at the puberty crisis that causes pathological criminal activities, attention is called to dominating motives of teenagers felonies such as: offences, sexual-erotic, pathological, economical and delinquent influence. The problem „absence of a motive“ is revealed at the time of committing a crime. Personality changes, cognitive deficit and infantile tendencies were distinguished in the examined group. The number of aggressive teenagers increased of late years, so subsequently did the number of forensic psychiatric- psychological investigations assigned for aggressive teenagers.
