Environmental computer-based learning for Lithuania

ENAn analysis of the applicability of distance learning approaches for the training of environmental professionals in Lithuania was carried out as part of this thesis. A review of Lithuanian environmental protection priorities was made based upon recent legislative activity in Lithuania, an assessment of environmental quality indices and governmental planning documents. In addition the present application of distance (or computer based) learning was reviewed to determine the obstacles, costs and benefits of its use for environmental training in Lithuania.
