ENThe goal of the study is to reveal the symbolism of colours in the Lithuanian Catholic liturgical calendar. The study is aimed to investigate Catholic calendar holidays, where there is a spectrum of colours and the second set of colour symbols. The study premise is as follows: in calendar celebrations practiced in Lithuania, Catholic spectrum of colours is used for representation of the surrounding nature, while Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary's life in the philosophical, moral, and theological content of the disclosure of exaltation. The research showed that the first Catholic holidays in the calendar of Lithuania are represented by the spectrum of ten colour symbolism: white, black, gold, pink, red, yellow, green, blue, Cambridge-blue, violet. Second, the colour white, Cambridgeblue, blue, green nature. The white colour symbolizes the pregnant St. Mary before the birth of Jesus (The Shrine star sunrise), blue - Blessed Virgin Mary, innocence, and the green - Mary, daughter of the earth. Red colour is the colour of Passion and martyrdom for the faith. Third, the colour of white gold, yellow, red, pink, green, purple, black, nature of God and His Son Jesus Christ. The white colour symbolizes light and happiness, to be used during all holidays with the exception of Jesus Christ other than Lent. This is the divine purity, virtue, God's colour.Gold colour is the light of God's love. The yellow colour is the colour of the light of God, God's grace, God's life in the sphere of colour. Pink colour symbolizes the advent, waiting for the Saviour's nascent, but it is also the symbol of pain and sadness. The green colour is the colour of vitality and eternal salvation, a symbol of hope. Violet symbolizes faith, waiting, call of duty, as well as melancholy and contrition. Black colour symbolizes death, sorrow; it is the colour of sin. It is the colour of death, sorrow, and darkness of the grave. The study findings supported the beginning of the work set in the premise that the Catholic holidays in calendar Lithuania practiced colour range is designed around a natural delivery, but Jesus Christ and the St. Blessed Virgin Mary's life philosophical I moral and theological content of the disclosure of the disclosure of exaltation.
