ENThe article publishes the manuscripts of two lectures to the Lithuanian Canadian youth which were written by famous Lithuanian historian and master of the national historical narrative Adolfas Šapoka (1906–1961) in March 1960. The historian gave his first lecture to Lithuanian students who belonged to Ateitininkai Catholic movement where he pointed out the tasks for their activities in the modern Lithuanian society. The second lecture was divided into three parts and dealt with the Lithuanian Canadian youth, the new Lithuanian Canadian intelligentsia and the Lithuanian Canadian press.
