ENResponsibility is the most common feature of the personality’s morals that motivates any purposeful activity. Responsibility is the main feature of a mature personality. According to parents, the family plays the main role in instilling responsibility and developing a personality. Children are not disciplined and obedient from their very birth only because they possess positive values. They have to be taught to be disciplined and obedient and the very first teachers should be a father and mother. Only later the school can influence this educational process. The cooperation between the school and the family is a very important factor in developing the child’s responsibility.
